California Disability
Leadership Alliance (CDLA)
Formed in 2024, the California Disability Leadership Alliance is comprised of several disability and Deaf-led organizations. The goal of the Alliance is to build cross-disability collaboration, solidarity, and political power to influence and improve policies for disabled people in California.

2nd Annual California Disability Leadership Alliance Day at the Capitol!
Join us on May 26th, 2026, at the California Capitol West Steps to rally for our rights and services and celebrate disability pride! Nothing about us, without us! Day will include a resource fair, rally/program and legislative visits
